CORPORATE FITNESS CHALLENGES

We offer 3, 6 & 9-week Corporate Fitness Challenges. These challenges are virtual; so no matter where your business is located in the world, we can put together a fitness challenge.  A strong community is built during these challenges. Participants can communicate with Coach Kattouf in the app as well as with other participants.

Let's create some healthy competition. We encourage participants to compete with themselves by stretching their comfort zone and pushing themselves each day. As well as competing with their fellow employees by holding each other accountable. During each challenge, participants can log and track their workouts so they can see their fitness improvements.
